Fidelity Cares
The purposes of the Fidelity Cares website are to promote volunteerism by providing users with the necessary resources, to boost employee morale and pride in working for Fidelity Investments, and to strengthen Fidelity Investments ties to the community. The design is warm, personal, fun, and carries a strong human element. Using many photographs from Fidelity-sponsored events was the key to making users feel compelled to become involved.
