As a resource for Texas Hold'em Poker, The Gut-Shot Straight needed a punchy design to out-compete the dozens of similar sites that would motivate users to make frequent visits to the site and hit the banner ads. Intuitive navigation, fast download time, and a fun environment were the key elements in this design.
